How Quick to Forget

Reading:   Alma 45-46

I'm extremely sidetracked by the election results and can't seem to focus on what I read in the scriptures.  Ultimately I have decided to go with a few scriptures that seem to really speak to the ignorance of man and how easily man seems to be hypnotized by the clever speaking and charisma of leaders, even mis-leaders.

ALMA 46:8-9

8    Thus we see how quick the children of men do forget the Lord their God, yea, how quick to do iniquity, and to be led away by the evil one. 

9    Yea, and we also see the great wickedness one very wicked man can cause to take place among the children of men. 

How quick to forget...how quick to forget...
